I am Ruchi Gupta, CEO RG People Solutions and Designated Partner at Intileo Technologies where I lead with a blend of HR expertise and technological vision to drive strategic growth and innovation. With over 21 years of experience across Talent Acquisition, Global Mobility, Industrial Relations, and Employee Engagement, I bring a holistic understanding of people and organizational strategy.

My career journey includes leadership roles at Johnson Controls, Arvind Mills, and RBS, in India and Africa before stepping into entrepreneurship with Intileo. At Intileo, I have been instrumental in building our HR consulting vertical, designing HRIS systems, and shaping digital transformation solutions across CRM, AI, cloud, analytics, and RPA.

An alumna of Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune, I am passionate about bridging the gap between people, technology, and business impact, helping organizations and professionals thrive in a rapidly evolving landscape.
